Rob Gronkowski Shares His Thoughts On Edelman’s Ped Suspension

Julian Edelman is appealing his PED suspension, and everyone would just share their expert opinion. Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski decided to speak about his teammate’s four-game suspension.

“It’s an unfortunate situation. But he’s a hard worker, and he’ll have to speak for himself,” Gronkowski said.
Gronkowski said he hasn’t spoken to Edelman after the suspension.

Julian Edelman tested positive for a performance-enhancing substance. He apologized for the problems, and announced his plans to appeal the decision. “I am very sorry – I don’t know what happened,” Edelman wrote in his apology.

We don’t have much info about the ruling and the exact date.

“Mistakes do happen. I’ve made plenty of mistakes in my life, so I just got to learn from them. It’s just a situation that we hope for the best,” Gronkowski added.

The New England Patriot’s final week of OTAs is concluding on Friday. Rob Gronkowski and Tom Brady won’t attend it, as confirmed by NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. The stars have already missed the first two weeks of OTAs, but they will sure come back on the field for the training camp. It’s set to start at the end of July. Gronk and Brady attended the mandatory minicamp.

Gronk said he was in a great place, despite his tight relationship with coach Bill Belichick and the contract issues. “I’m happy. I’m super happy,” he said.
