Danny Amendola And The Gronk Surprised Texas Player With Scholarship, The Whole Team Goes Crazy (VIDEO)

Surprises everywhere. Danny Amendola and Rob Gronkowski are full of surprises, and this time we’re not referring to the comments they send to each other and other players. It has something to do with scholarship.

New England Patriots receiver Danny Amendola and tight end Rob Gronkowski made a pretty nice gesture, and at least student will sleep well at night. A Texas Tech University sophomore had a pretty amazing performance this season, and the Patriots found the best way to congratulate him. A scholarship.

Texas Tech safety Justus Parker played in every game of the Red Raiders’ games this season, and started in six of them. Parker is sixth on the team, and he has 42 total tackles. Everybody knows him as the Second-Team All-Big 12.

Head coach Kliff Kingsbury played a video message during the team meeting, and guess who sent it… Amendola told the player that he really admires his awesome work. “HUGE thanks to @DannyAmendola and @RobGronkowski for having a special part in making a dream come true for @justus_parker. #chills #PatriotWay #WreckEm,” the coach tweeted.

Gronkowski appeared in the video, too. He told the sophomore that he’s now on scholarship. Does it get any better than this?

Parker was super excited about the scholarship, and used social media to express his excitement. According to him, this was an “unbelievable moment.”

“Unbelievable moment getting told by @RobGronkowski and @DannyAmendola that I am officially on Scholarship!! Thankful and blessed to attend Texas Tech University,” the player tweeted.

Justus Parker played one season at Division-III Texas Lutheran, and than joined the Texas Tech. He will definitely have a bright future in the world of football, and we can see him winning top awards. Everybody can recognize a talented player, and Parker has got skills and pretty much everything that a player needs. That’s why he got his scholarship.
