Tom Brady and His Kids Raised an Insane Amount Of Money For Charity on The Football Field

Ever since he was drafted in the NFL back in 2000, Tom Brady has been drawing so much attention thanks to his skills, his individual statistics and his leadership abilities. Brady is arguably one of the best football players the world has ever seen.

He’s been loyal to the New England Patriots since the beginning of his career in the NFL. In Brady’s 16 seasons as a starter, he has quarterbacked the Patriots to eight Super Bowl appearances, the most for any player in history.

However, one of the things that Brady is the proudest of is his great relationships with his teammates, which he says are the key to Patriots’ success.

Tom Brady hosted his annual Best Buddies Football Challenge at Harvard Stadium on June 1. His teammates – Julian Edelman, James White, David Andrews, Ted Karras, Tedy Bruschi, Troy Brown, Christian Fauria and Dan Koppen – all joined Tom and Best Buddies on the field.

Of course, the event wasn’t really about football. It was about creating awareness and fundraising for Best Buddies, which helps people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The famous quarterback, who was seen wearing a navy blue T-shirt with black shorts and white sneakers at the charity outing, was accompanied by two of his kids. The kids had the time of their life. Vivian was seen running with the ball for a touchdown, while Benjamin was doing sit-ups.

“It’s always good to be around him,” James White said about Brady.“He’s a great guy. He’s the reason for this game right here. He does a lot of great work, not just here, but all over the world. It’s pretty special how he’s such a great player and still gets involved in the community. It makes you try to get involved, too.”
