Watch: Tom Brady Arrives To Gillette Stadium For Week 1

The New England Patriots will have their first regular season game. Quarterback Tom Brady arrived at the Gillette Stadium, and you bet he’s ready for Week 1.

Brady is the star at the Stadium, and people were waiting for him to arrive. New England will challenge the Houston Texans in Week 1, and it will be the best way to open the regular season.

This is Brady’s 19th season with the National Football league. ESPN’s Mike Reiss confirmed that the quarterback arrived at 8:37 a.m. ET on Sunday morning, right on time for the 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

Brady arrived pretty early to Foxboro for the matchup against the Texans, meaning he’s ready to enter the new season. His excitement can’t be compared to others if you take into consideration all the rumors of Brady’s retirement.

“I’m really excited. I’m really excited. It’s a blessing to be able to do it and I love playing football. I love the sport. I’ve been doing it for a long time, so I’m not sure what life would be like without it. I’ve had a few experiences where I haven’t been out there and I haven’t liked those very much. Hopefully we can go out and start the season well. We’re playing a really good team and they’re going to test us in every phase. They’re really well-coached, got some great players and that’s really where my focus is,” Brady said during the Friday press conference.

Brady had an MVP season in 2017. He lead the NFL in passing yards with 4,577 and threw for 32 touchdowns and eight interceptions.

“Yeah, absolutely. I think like all of us who are – you know, a lot of people in this room have had the same career for a long time. I think you can use that to a real advantage and a great advantage if you do things the right way. I feel like I have a lot of experience, a lot of knowledge and I plan to use it. I mean, football is fun to me. I feel like I can go out there, I can anticipate a lot of things, seen all the coverages,” the quarterback said.
