Watch: Bill Belichick Savagely Rejects Lions Fans’ High Five Before Sunday Night Football

New England Patriots quarterback Bill Belichick is not the friendly type of person you see on fields. But, rejecting a high five?

That’s right. The head coach was in a specific mood today and let’s just say it felt like he didn’t want to be among people. That’s why he rejected a high five.

The Patriots head coach was taking Ford Field for pregame warmups before his team’s game against the Detroit Lions. So, he had two Detroit fans reaching out for him, and they just wanted a high five. They didn’t get it, of course. It’s Bill Belichick. Did they forget that? You don’t reach out for a high five from the Patriots head man. No way. The youngsters were disappointed as Belichick went right by them, and didn’t even think of paying any attention to the gesture. Things like this really look like Belichick. This was a typical Belichick rejection. Write that in your book.

But, Belichick was acting like a professional, and he was all about business this evening. He want to see his guys win, especially after the horrible loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. It seems like Belichick will never forget that failure, and he made sure his guys know that. The Patriots can’t afford another loss. Not if they are trying to win the Super Bowl.

Everyone, including the Patriots themselves, were angry last Sunday. They knew that something was wrong with the team, and they didn’t work in synergy. They missed every opportunity to win, and the Jags used their weakness. Belichick spotted the mistake, and he will definitely make sure none of that happens again. Not in this world.

Belichick is looking to rebound from Week 2’s terrible loss, and he will challenge one of his former students, Lions coach Matt Patricia. It will be nice to watch their confrontation.
