Brandon Lloyd Shares Story Of Tom Brady Flipping Out At Aaron Hernandez

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was one of those doing their best to keep Aaron Hernandez on the right track. But, none of this worked, and Hernandez could not stay out of trouble. Aaron Hernandez is dead now, and athletes keep sharing stories that are somehow related to him. Brandon Lloyd is one of them.

We get to read about more and more stories about the former tight end. In Part 3 of the series, Bob Hohler talked to Hernandez’s former teammates about his behavior on the field and in the locker room. Hernandez was described as childish, cocky and crass, and some said that he could easily snap. Former Patriots receiver Brandon Lloyd shared a story in which Brady got angry at Hernandez because of his unbearable behavior.

“Hernandez’s erratic behavior enraged Brady, the legendary team leader, one day when Hernandez was sitting out practice because of an injury. On the sidelines of the non-contact practice, called a ‘walkthrough,’ Hernandez kept referring to Belichick as ‘daddy,’ as he had all season,” Hohler wrote.

“‘He was out at the walkthrough in flip-flops trying to run around,’ Lloyd said. ‘He was laughing. He was loud. And Tom keeps it serious in the walkthrough. And Tom says, ‘Shut the f— up. Get the f— out of here.’ Lloyd recalled that Hernandez’s mood transformed instantly: ‘It was like he went from this child-like, laughing, disruptive behavior … and he storms off in a fit of rage.’”

Well, we know how Brady rolls, and he is not taking any of the nonsense on the field. Brady respects professionalism, and he is always here to support his teammates. However, this does not apply to those who act silly on the field.
Aaron Hernandez was a great player, but he lost the opportunity to become the greatest.
