Lakers Expected Opening Night Starters

The Los Angeles Lakers introduced many chances to the roster in the offseason. The team signed LeBron James, and a bunch of other veterans. The NBA season is about to start, and the Lakers have their starters ready for the game against the Portland Trail Blazers.

There are so many questions we would like to ask, but it seems like the Lakers know what they are doing. The team will need months of on-court action until they go back to track. Signing LeBron James was a great deal, but we all know that teams who sign LeBron get off to slow starts. Things looked really good in the preseason, and maybe

LeBron will not have problems coping with the pressure in the regular season. He played well with the regulars, and the Lakers did a variety of lineup permutations around their lead star.

The regular season is knocking on the door, and the Lakers will have to pick their first starting lineup. They have not made a final decision, but here is their best option.

Rajon Rondo will be the starter at point guard at the beginning of the season. Lonzo Ball will need some more time to recover, but even after he comes back fully recovered, Rondo will still have main word.

Josh Hart and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope will fight for a position at shooting fuard, and they both have great game.

King James will be a starter for the Lakers as he is the centerpiece of the franchise. Many of the players are here because of LeBron. The team will look for another big name. Everything depends on LeBron’s game. If he is the ultimate player, the Lakers will sure win.

LeBron’s favorite, Brandon Ingram, will be there too. He has an impressive feel for the game and projects as a future star on the Lakers offense.

The Lakers are relying on JaVale McGee as their lone proven center.

Damian Lillard was often linked to the Lakers, and his fit makes sense. He is a great scoring point guard, and LeBron likes that.

C.J. McCollum is a starter for the Blazers, and he replaced LaMarcus Aldridge. McCollum is another trade candidate if the Blazers opt for a trade.

Al-Farouq Aminu is one of the league’s better defenders at forward. He has great length, but is an inconsistent shooter. However, he is not a bad shooter.

Maurice Harkless is a good defender and a decent shooter. His presence contribute to winning games.

Jusuf Nurkic re-signed with the Blazers this offseason, but he may not have his starting job for too log.
