LeBron Does This Amazing Thing To Teammates Everywhere He Goes

LeBron James shocked the world earlier this summer when he left Cleveland for the second time in his career. Being part of the Los Angeles Lakers was a great change for the king of basketball, and he has the same effect on his teammates everywhere he goes. That’s what NBA Hang Time host Sekou Smith says.

“Lakers fans I’m sure are plodding the parade down Figueroa after that pre-season win against the Warriors in Las Vegas. My opinions about this Lakers team – maybe I’m parking all of this at LeBron’s feet in the fact when LeBron shows up somewhere, that team elevates, it goes to another level. I’m assuming he’ll do for the Lakers what he’s done for every other teams he’s been on, which is elevate the guys around him and they play at that next level,” Smith said.

Some believe that the Lakers did not have much chance, but if you ask Smith, he will say that the team can achieve great things this season. I’m not saying they are a championship team by any stretch. But I am saying this idea that they aren’t going to make the play-offs is a head scratcher. They are going to be right in the thick of the play-offs chasing the Western Conference with all those teams, to me, outside of the Rockets and the Warriors. They should be right there,” Smith said.

The Lakers will challenge the Portland Trail Blazers on Friday. They seem to be ready for the regular season. LeBron fits well in the new team, and he had a nice game during the preseason.
