LeBron James And Drake Talk About Career Ending Time

LeBron James is the greatest basketball player in the world, and he is about to give his best. The NBA star will turn 34 in December, and he is ready to roll in Los Angeles. However, LeBron knows that his basketball career will not last forever. Drake knows it, too.

In the preview of The Shop, LeBron talked with the rapper about his career-ending decision. Drake said that the decision has been the biggest concern throughout his career, and LeBron gave him the best advice ever.

“I think maybe one of my biggest concerns in my career is just to figure out how to exit gracefully. I’ve watched people overstay their welcome, and I just don’t ever want to be that guy that’s addicted to the feeling of victory, addicted to the emotion of people digesting something that they love. And get to a point where I’m feeding them something and they’re just like, ‘Yeah ….” Drake said.

“What helps with the gracefully bowing out is having people around you that were there from the Day 1. That seen you from the beginning … You can’t have mother(expletive) around you that don’t keep it honest with you, that don’t keep it real with you. You gotta have someone to tell you like, ‘Yo, either accept a lesser role or you gotta tank,’” LeBron responded.

The Shop was created in an effort to help celebrities express their opinion on several topics. In this episode, we will watch Drake, Maverick Carter, Ben Simmons, Victor Oladipo, Mo Bamba, and Elena Delle Donne talking about their career.

Do you have any suggestion about the next episode? Should LeBron invite someone special?

It would be interesting to see other celebrities share details we do not know. That would be great. This show will be the greatest you will ever watch.
