Patriots Fans Freak Out After Tom Brady Started To Follow Cardinals Cornerback On Instagram

Arizona Cardinals star cornerback Patrick Peterson has all eyes on him. The whole thing started with Peterson’s announcement to be traded before the deadline.

The Cardinals cornerback triggered an avalanche of rumors, and NFL fans came with their own scenario regarding to the team Peterson may land in. However, Peterson said that he is no longer interested in demanding a trade deal, and the team confirmed the info.

The New England Patriots are super interested in the cornerback, and fans cheer on the possibility that team owner Robert Kraft manages to sign Peterson. The Patriots added more fuel to the fire after quarterback Tom Brady started following Peterson on Instagram.

Several fans joked that Brady actually confirmed Peterson’s pass to New England, and others even said that he may be heading to New England at the moment.

Peterson said that he is no longer interested in being dealt out of Arizona, adding that he was just frustrated with his team’s bad start to the regular season.

“I’ve been incredibly frustrated with how the season has gone. But my energy is 100% focused on being part of the solution & helping us turn this around. I’ve never shied away from a challenge before and I’m not starting now. I have always given my all to the Cardinals organization, my teammates & fans. That is what I intend to do for the years to come. I am an Arizona Cardinal, and my focus is on this weeks game,” Peterson wrote.
