Report: LeBron James, Lonzo Ball To Take Court Together

The Los Angeles Lakers fans are getting a closer look at the team’s star-packed roster in action. Coach Luke Walton is happy with the way things flow. According to the Lakers head coach, LeBron James and Lonzo Ball will probably take the court together for the first time in the preseason in Las Vegas against the defending champion Golden State Warriots.

This will be the game you do not want to miss. There is a huge possibility that we see LeBron James and Lonzo Ball sharing the same basketball court in the matchup against the Warriors.

“That’s one of the things I still need to see that we haven’t had is what lineups look like when both of those guys are playing. I’m excited and hopeful, but again, we’re going to take it day by day. If any setbacks or whatnot, then we won’t rush it, again. But I would expect Wednesday that happens,” head coach Walton said.

Ball is about to make his debut and he is still recovering from the offseason knee injury.

On the other hand, King James played in the first half of the first three games in the preseason. He is resting Saturday against the game with the Clippers, and he will probably sit out the team’s final preseason game Friday which is against the Warriors.

“We haven’t had a day (off) since we started. I think it’s been going on 11-12 days with a double day in there. And (LeBron) has been great. So it’s more of just, look, we got to be ready for the regular season. … Just making sure that when the regular season starts, we’re peaking,” Walton said.

The Los Angeles Lakers will take on the Warriors at 10.30 p.m. ET Wednesday.

Let’s see if LeBron’s new team has the power to handle the pressure.
