Report: NBA Heaps Praise On Lakers After First Win

Go, Lakers! The Los Angeles Lakers had her first win in the regular season, and it was about time for the team to get back on track. The Lakers lost the matchup against the Houston Rockets and San Antonio Spurs, and even Phoenix sent them home. But, NBA experts predicted that the team will definitely defeat the Suns. That’s exactly what happened.

Last night’s game was actually the sort of basketball LeBron’s team planned to play this year. King James had a nice game, but he was not the brightest star during the game. He was just a member of the team, making and receiving passes. Lonzo Ball, Josh Hart, Kyle Kuzma, JaVale McGee and Lance Stephenson were brilliant. They meshed really well in the game, and the 131-113 win proves that.

The media did not shred words when it comes to giving credit where it was due. The Lakers were praised for the excellent game, but Skip Bayless did his regular Skip Bayless thing. “Never thought I’d see the night that Lance Stephenson would be carrying LeBron James’ team,” he tweeted.

Well, Bayless always makes comments of this kind, and LeBron is his favorite target. Last year, he even said that the Cleveland Cavaliers are Isaiah Thomas’ team. Wow. And now we have him saying that Los Angeles won just because of Lance Stephenson’s awesome play. Nobody is trying to say he was bad, but we all know that this is LeBron’s team.

Josh Hart had an excellent job at his starting position, and it was about time that the Lakers give him a chance. He is superior over Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, and the Lakers should have pushed him forward in the last few games, too. Hart was the starter last night, and he was brilliant. Is he giving his job back? Absolutely not.
