Tom Brady Reacts To Epic Run Of Boston Sports

Nobody is immune to the Red Sox fever, and Patriots quarterback Tom Brady celebrated the grand victory. The team made its way to the World Series after defeating the Houston Astros.

Tom Brady talked about the Red Sox during his press conference on Friday, noting that things go really well for all four of the greatest sports franchises in Boston.

“Boston’s got it pretty good right now. Got a lot of good teams,” Brady said.

The Patriots, Red Sox, Celtics and Bruins have reached the final four of the respective sports 26 times, got to the championship game/series 16 times and won ten titles. Brady opened the Golden Era of Boston sports as he won the city’s first title since 1986. The team defeated the Rams in Super Bowl XXXVI, and has been reaching great results so far. The Patriots made eight Super Bowl appearances and five wins.

The Patriots quarterback really enjoys being at the center of this success.

“Yeah, it’s been a lot of fun, I think for all of us, for all of these teams, to kind of be a part of winning in your own team but being there to kind of celebrate everyone else’s wins too. I’ve had a lot of friends on all those teams over the years and it’s great to see everyone playing well. To see the Red Sox doing what they’re doing, that was – when I first got here in 2000, they had some good teams and really broke through, just like we did and it’s been a lot of fun ever since,” Brady said.

Patriots head coach Bill Belichick was also excited for the Red Sox success.

“I don’t think they need any. Whatever they need to do, they can do. Hit, pitch, run, play defense, take pitches. They’re good,” Belichick said when asked if the Red Sox needs word of encouragement.
