Julian Edelman has been receiving a lot of attention lately, and we can freely say that peope really missed him. The Patriots receiver missed last season due to an injury and was suspended for the first four games of the 2018 campaign. The Patriots had problems because of Edelman’s suspension, but he is back now, and things got a lot better since his arrival. Someone else is as happy as the New England Patriots. The Boston Celtics.

Julian Edelman was seen in courtside seat at TD Garden, taking the game between the Boston Celtics and the Philadelphia 76ers.

That’s when he was hit by a huge surprise. The local fans welcomed the hero in the most brilliant way ever.

Boston and Philadelphia are rivals in basketball, but the cities competed for a higher stake in football last February. The New England Patriots and Philadelphia Eagles played in Super Bowl 52. We all remember that the Eagles won, and the Celtics decided to revenge by defeating the 76ers in the playoffs. The Patriots won Super Bowl 39 against the Eagles, and the city is still interested in defeating the east coast rival.

Edelman did not have his chance to play in the Super Bowl last season. He was still recovering from a torn ACL, and now he feels much better. Everything points to the fact that the receiver is ready to fix the damage by supporting the Celtics in their attempt to beat the 76ers on opening night. He may not be playing in the court, but definitely had a huge impact on the game. The crowd went crazy just by seeing him in the courtside seats.
