Watch: LeBron James Releases Bold Statement About Lakers 0-3 Start

The Los Angeles Lakers did not have the smoothest start of the season. They lost the first three games of the regular season, and some believe this is the earliest game over for an NBA team. The Lakers lost the match-up to the San Antonio Spurs on Monday night. LeBron James has already pointed to the things his teammates need to improve, and this time he talked about the team’s three consecutive loss.

The Lakers forward had a similar start during his second season in the NBA (2004-2005). LeBron James talked to media members about the slow start.

“It’s not tough. I know what I got myself into. It’s a process. I get it. And it will be fine… So, I didn’t come here thinking we were going to be blazing storms right out of the gate. It’s a process, and I understand that,” he said.

However, the king of basketball does not see this as a bad luck. He is really confident about his teammates, and knows that they will improve.

“We’re going to continue to get better. We’re going to continue to get better. I like the direction we’re going in. Obviously, it’s not resulting in the wins right now, but it’s such a long process,” LeBron added.

If you ask him, LeBron will say that his team’s chemistry resembles instant oatmeal. “Um, not as fast as you guys think it’s going to happen. I always kind of compare it to like instant oatmeal. It is not that fast. It takes a while to get to where you can close your eyes and know exactly where your guys are,” he added.

The rocky start was expected, but we do believe that the team will not struggle in near future. The Lakers were hit by a couple of suspensions, and hopefully, that will not affect their game.
