Watch: Tom Brady And Gronk Share Emotional Moment After Week 6 Win

The New England Patriots did it again. Their great win over the undefeated Kansas City Chiefs was just a reminder that they are the ultimate Super Bowl team. Every Patriots worked really hard to make that score, and the 43-40 victory sure means something, especially if you take into consideration that New England challenged a really strong team in Week 6. That’s why Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski share this amazing thing on the field.

The Patriots had everything under control int he first half of the game, and the Chiefs seemed to have lost their grip. The team won each game of the regular season, and the Patriots were the first squad to defeat them. Week 6 was big for both teams, and the Chiefs lost their “crown.” Although Kansas City did its best to come back on track, the damage was already done. Gronkowski and Brady synced up perfectly, and were caught embracing at mid-field after the big win.

Gronk was really quiet on the night. He was able to haul in three catches, and went for 97 yards. Head coach Bill Belichick praised the tight end for his blocking power in the game.

“Yeah, Rob gave us a lot of big plays blocking and receiving. He got the single coverage on the seam on the last play. The other play was kind of off of a play-action, kind of rub play so we got it free and then Rob did a great job running with the ball. He stiff-armed a couple of tacklers, added some extra yards there on his own. Again, we had a lot of great players out there; so did they. They all stepped up. They all made big plays. Really it was just a great team effort,” Belichick said.

The final drive is still making headlines, and Brady said it was great. “I was happy we made the third-and-1. You know, that gave us a great opportunity, and then we hit some other plays. James [White] made some great catch-and-runs, then the big play to Gronk – he got a matchup and made a big play. He’s been making a lot of those in his career. I’ll keep throwing to him in the biggest moments.”
