Patriots’ Sony Michel Releases Heart-Melting Statement About His Teammates

Sony Michel may be injured, but he is definitely ready to help his teammates win the Sunday night’s game against the Green Bay Packers.

This is a rather important game for New England, and there are a few good reasons to make such conclusion. First, quarterback Tom Brady will get the opportunity to confront Aaron Rodgers, and show everybody that he is the real GOAT. When it comes to Sony Michel, his status for the game was still a mystery if you take into consideration the fact that he missed Monday’s game with the Buffalo Bills due to a serious knee injury in Week 7. His MRI showed that there’s no structural damage, and that was more than a relief for the Patriots. Now Michel is focused on his return to the field, and he told media members about it.

I feel pretty good. Just been working hard and trying to get back on the field,” Michel said.

Michel is ruled as questionable for the Week 9 contest and was limited in practice all week. The coaching stuff will have to make the final decision, but it seems like he is ready to play on one leg if necessary. “It all depends on coach and his decision, whatever that is,” Michel said.

“If it was up to me, for these teammates I would do whatever it takes. If I had one leg I would be out there trying to fight for these guys. I am around a great group of guys so I would do anything for these guys,” he added.

Michel was sidelined in the preseason and Week 1 due to another knee injury. In his six games, Michel rushed for 422 yards on 4.4 yards per carry and four touchdowns. He hauled in four of the eight targets for 31 yards.
