LeBron James Makes Bold Admission About Early-Season Struggles ‘I Almost Cracked..’

Lakers’ preseason was more like a bowl of salad. Having LeBron James on their side was not enough for the team. They needed to go a bit harder in order to win more games.

Well, every NBA experts knew that things would go this way. It was more than clear that the Lakers would struggle. They lost the first three games of the regular season, and then Rajon Rondo and Brandon Ingram were suspended after the big brawl with the Houston Rockets’ Chris Paul. Let’s not forget the meeting between Luke Walton and Magic Johnson. LeBron James was far from pleased with the situation. “You probably don’t want to be around when my patience runs out,” he said.

‪”I haven’t changed anything outwardly, but you know me. You know how I am. I almost cracked last week. I had to sit back and remind myself, ‘Expletive, you knew what you were getting yourself into.’ This process has been good for me. I just have to continue being patient,” LeBron said after defeating the Sacramento Kings.

‪”I had to regroup and remember this is a young team. We’re playing some good ball right now and we’re starting to build some good habits. That’s all that matters right now.”‬

After losing three games, the Lakers went 7-3 in the last ten contents. They even have a three –game winning streak. The team has a lot to work on their defense.

The team added Tyson Chandler, and it was one of the greatest decisions this season.

The first few weeks were rough for the team, and LeBron could not really cope with the terrible struggle. He cannot really get used to the fact that he is on a non-Finals contender. It will take time for him to get used to it. But, the Lakers can easily turn things towards the other side.
