LeBron And Friends Share Their Emotional Story For The First Time

LeBron James always makes headlines, and this time he is telling his story. Mavericks Carter, Randy Mims, Rich Paul and LeBron James were largely criticized for “The Decision,” and that only strengthened their friendship.
The “four horsemen” opened the I Promise School in Akron, Ohio this summer and still spend time together.

Carter is responsible for LeBron’s business interests and became the CEO of SpringHill Entertainment. Mims is LeBron’s chief of staff and always accompanies the Lakers star when he travels with the team. Paul is the ultimate NBA agent, and he represents LeBron, Anthony Davis, John Wall, Ben Simmons, Eric Bledsoe, J.R. Smith, Tristan Thompson, and other players.

ESPN is set to announce the debut of More Than an Athlete, and fans will get the chance to see more of LeBron and his three friends. UNINTERRUPTED documented the eight-part docuseries that will be aired on ESPN+.

“Watching my three brothers grow into serious businessmen with purpose fills me with so much pride. I watched as corporate America tried to look past or dismiss them. I always knew there was something special about Randy, Rich and Maverick and that, together, we were going to do something very different. I am so grateful and blessed that we found each other. And know my life would be very different without them,” LeBron said of the docu-series.

“It’s only right that we are telling this story for the first time as I head back home for the game. There is no story without Northeast Ohio and the people who shaped us. The spirit of More than an Athlete was born in Akron, Ohio.”
LeBron is going back to Cleveland on Wednesday for the first time after he signed a deal with the Los Angeles Lakers.
Carter, Mims and Paul talked to The Undefeated about the series and their challenges.
