Watch: Kevin Durant Broke His Silence About Incident With Draymond Green

Kevin Durant and Draymond Green got into a verbal altercation, but he is ready to move on.

When reporters asked Durant about the Warriors after the 112-109 loss to the Dallas Mavericks, he had a few words to say. “Just trying to move forward. We gonna talk about this the whole year? We just wanna play ball. I know I do,” he said.

Durant and Green got into the altercation on the court during the loss to the Clippers. Green did not pass the ball to Durant in the final seconds of the game, and they carried the whole thing to the locker room. Green got a one-game suspension by the team for “conduct detrimental to the team.” Green also said he is ready to move forward.

“Kevin and I spoke. We’re moving forward. I think there’s no secret that I am an emotional player. I wear my emotions on my sleeve. I play with that same emotion. Sometimes it gets the best of me and it doesn’t work to my favor. I am going to live with that. Because it works in my favor to the good, as my résumé speaks, and this team’s résumé speaks, more so than it doesn’t. So I am never going to change who I am. I am going to approach the game the same way that I always do. And like I said, we will continue to move forward,” Green said.

The Warriors are ready to move forward, and it seems like everything is fine between both players. However, some say that this argument will affect their game. Will that be the case with the Warriors? Maybe they will work things out without any greater damage. Durant and Green will have to learn how to share the same court, and stay away from trouble.
