LA Announces The Return Of The King: Watch As LeBron Arrives In Cleveland

LeBron James made his way back to Cleveland, but this time he is wearing a Lakers uniform. King James will get the opportunity to confront his former teammates on the court for the first time he left them for the Los Angeles Lakers.

The Los Angeles Lakers and the Cleveland Cavaliers will play tomorrow night at the Quicken Loans Arena.

The Lakers tweeted a video of LeBron and his teammates landing in Cleveland. “Return Of The King,” the caption read.

LeBron returns to Cleveland for the second time in his career. He left the team to join the Miami Heat, and then got back. But, this time he left them for good.

LeBron gave the Cavaliers an NBA title, and they made four NBA Finals appearances thanks to him. Visiting his former hometown team as a Laker is a challenge for the king of basketball, but he is ready to hit the court.

King James scored 51 points against the Miami Heat, and the Lakers celebrated their 112-97 win. If you ask LeBron, he will say that it is really hard to go back to Cleveland, but he is not too worried about the fans’ reactions.

“I’ll see some familiar faces like I did when I arrived in Miami on Sunday. I’ll think about some of the good, I’ll think about some of the bad, I’ll think about some of the great that I had with the franchise. And then once the tip ball gets going it’s time to go to work. I’m returning to a place where I’ve spent 11 years of my career. I had some great moments, some not so great moments, but all in all, when you give everything to whatever, a franchise, team-mates, coaching staff, that’s all that matters,” he said.

Cleveland will honor LeBron with a video. It is just a tradition in the NBA.
