Los Angeles Lakers Expected Starting Lineup Vs. Cavaliers

The Los Angeles Lakers are halfway through their first year with LeBron James. It was not easy, but they did a good job. Los Angeles is 9-7 at this point, and the team is in the No. 8 slot in the Western Conference. NBA experts still have to work on their defense and the three-point shooting. The Cleveland Cavaliers are next on their list, and they are in a worse position.

The Cavaliers are 2-13 in the season, and it is more than clear that they have hard time playing without their star. However, tonight’s game is in no way related to winning or losing. Cleveland will thank King James for everything he has done for them, including their championship.

Cavs will now have the opportunity to see LeBron the uniform of his new team. It may be itching, but they have to move on.

Reporters asked LeBron about the reactions he expects in Cleveland. However, he is not worried about any negative comments and does not even think of the possibility that he is booed. It is all about winning and contributing to the community.

When it comes to the Lakers starting lineup with Cleveland, the team will not make too many changes.

Lonzo Ball is definitely starting. He improved as a scorer, and marked higher shooting percentages from two- and three-point range. However, Ball still recovers from his knee injury and he could not really play alongside LeBron.
Brandon Ingram still struggles to play alongside other ball-handlers. But his defense is strong, and he is a talented player. Head coach Luke Walton will have to help him learn how to play with LeBron.

LeBron James, Kyle Kuzma and JaVale McGee are also starting. So, yes, the Lakers will not change anything when it comes to building a strong starting lineup.
