Watch: LeBron Comments On Lakers Terrible Loss Vs. Magic

The Los Angeles Lakers won seven of the last eight games but they lost the matchup against the Orlando Magic. LeBron James and the rest of the guys played really well at the beginning of the game and had a nice lead in the first quarter.

However, Orlando Magic gained control over the game after the halftime and scored during the time when the Lakers could not score at all. The Magic had a nice lead, and they sealed their win over Los Angeles.

The Lakers had another boost in the final quarter, but could not make it on the defensive end to get the job done.

NBA experts took to Twitter to discuss the Lakers’ loss to the lesser opponent.

JaVale McGee and Lonzo Ball were of great help for the team as they did what they know best. Most of the comments came on their address.

But, the team in general lost the pace, and it resulted in a loss. “Lakers Pace: First 9: 106.65 (3rd); Last 9: 101.78 (11th); Total: 104.23 (5th). They’ve slowed a bit in the past few weeks; coaches would like to pick the pace back up now that the defense has a good rhythm,” Mike Trudell tweeted.

LeBron tried really hard, but he could not do it on his own. He tried to stop time and score a few more points, but it did not work.

“LeBron James playing like the big brother whose little bro scored a couple of points against him in 1-on-1 so he just goes to the paint possession after possession to pad the lead back,” Dave McMenamin tweeted on LeBron’s efforts to save the game.

“The Lakers were up by 10 after the 1st Q. They trail by 15 heading into the 4th Q. They are 10-for-19 on FTs (LeBron 3-for-7) and have 16 turnovers,” he added.
