Julian Edelman Apologizes For Patriots Poor Showing And The Internet Explodes

Julian Edelman knows that his team had a bad game. The New England Patriots did not put their best game on the field. Sunday’s game against the Tennessee Titans was bad in every possible aspect. The 34-10 loss came like a shock to every fan out there, including Patriots receiver Julian Edelman.

The Week 10 contest was a destination game for New England. Patriots fans made their way to Nashville over the weekend and were really loud during the opening quarter of the game at Nissan Stadium. Too many Patriots made their trip to Tennessee to see the Patriots put out a sluggish effort. Well, Julian Edelman could not do anything but offer an apology.

“I am sorry we disappointed some of the fans that were out here for us. We were heavily populated here. We have to go back to New England and get back to work,” Edelman said after the contest.

The receiver also apologized to media members when he concluded his press availabilty for being in a terrible mood. “Not in a good mood, guys. I am sorry. Sorry for being an A-hole, but we got out played. Thank you,” Edelman said.

The Patriots did not play good on either side of the ball. Julian Edelman was the lone bright spot on the field. He caught nine of his twelve targets for 104 yards. He was one of the very few players who could make enough room and get open on offense.

“Today we just played a bad game and you see what happens. Hopefully there is more urgency as we go forward. Our whole season is ahead of us and we’ll see what we do with it,” quarterback Tom Brady said of the terrible game.
The Patriots better fix the mistakes they made this time. This is not something they can get along with.
