Lakers Expected Starting Lineup Vs. Kings

The Los Angeles Lakers won the game against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Wednesday, and now they are ready for their next challenge – the Sacramento Kings. Some say this is one of the worst teams in the NBA, and the Kings are stunningly 6-5 for 11 games in the regular season. This game is considered a walkover for Los Angeles. But, this may actually be another test.

The Lakers had a few choices to make before this game. Tyson Chandler was great in his Lakers debut. JaVale McGee was great throughout the entire season. Will the Lakers make a change to the starting lineup for the game against the Sacramento Kings? Or will they stick with the same lineup that contributed to the win against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Here is what NBA experts say:

Lonzo Ball was great in the regular season. He was great as a scorer and increased his shooting percentages for two- and three-point range. However, Ball still recovers from his knee surgery, and Rajon Rindo hopes to take his place back. But, Ball will be starter as long as he can shoot.

Brandon Ingram is great with points, but he struggled to fit alongside the other ball-handlers on the squad. Ingram is not the best three-point shooter, and we can see that now. He is more like a point forward than a scorer. However, this does not change the fact that his defense is strong. Ingram is talented but has to learn how to play alongside LeBron.

LeBron James is starter all season and the years to come. He is the NBA’s best player, but has to work on the defense.

Kyle Kuzma had a bizzare season, and his defense is still a problem. He helps the team, but the Lakers need someone to hit threes and play defense. Will Josh Hart take his place?

JaVale McGee will not lose his starting job this season.
