LeBron James Ignoring Lakers Coach Luke Walton – Stunning Claim Made On NBA All-Star

It was more than clear that the arrival of LeBron James would change the game of the Los Angeles Lakers. Now we know that LeBron ignores head coach Luke Walton.

Well, there is an explanation for this. Latest reports confirm that King James has been ignoring Luke Walton and his calls from the bench.

ESPN’s Brian Windhorst was the first to report this. LeBron had just 14 points for the team as they lost the game to the Denver Nuggets. It is more than sure than LeBron is taking plays into his own hands on the basketball court.

“The scouts also have noticed that when James is running the point, he rarely looks toward the bench to receive playcalls from coach Luke Walton. Even when he has seen them, the scouts say, he ignores them and runs the play he prefers. Walton has adjusted, and now when James is running the show, Walton will typically just let him call the game. This probably shouldn’t be considered a slight – it’s just James being James,” he said.

ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith was not really pleased with LeBron’s game against the Denver Nuggets.

“They stunk up the joint. They were absolutely awful. LeBron James had one of the worst games of his career. We aren’t going to sit here and act like it’s normal. For LeBron James to score 14 points, to score four points in the past three quarters of the game. Now, obviously that might bring remnants of his championship appearance against the Dallas Mavericks in the fourth quarter but ever since that time it issue to say LeBron James is not that guy,” Smith said.

LeBron and the Lakers will play against the Indiana Pacers on Friday at 3.30 am. Let’s see if the team will find a way to win that game. Will LeBron listen to Walton’s calls?
