LeBron James Thanks Fans With Heartfelt Message For Warm Welcome

LeBron James was booed the first time he played against the Cleveland Cavaliers wearing a Miami Heat uniform. Well, things like that are normal in the world of NBA. Everyone wants to beat LeBron as he is the greatest player in the league. Some are just jealous of him. But, nobody can be LeBron, that’s a fact.

LeBron left Cleveland in 2010. The Cavaliers did not like that. They booed him when he arrived in town with the Heat. LeBron left the team again this year and inked a deal with the Los Angeles Lakers. Now he is back in Cleveland, and nobody booed him. Wonder why? LeBron helped the team win a championship and get to the NBA Finals. That’s why the Cavs made a tribute video for LeBron. King James expected different reactions, but he did not even think of being honored in this way.

The Cavaliers and team’s fans grew up. The demons of 2010 are long gone, and the Cavaliers respect LeBron and thank him for everything he has done so far. LeBron was loyal to the city and brought an award. Now it is time to move on and play some basketball.

Last night’s game was amazing. It was real basketball. The Cavaliers had a great game despite their low numbers in the season.

The Cavs thanked LeBron for all the memories, and he talked about the emotions that flooded him after the game.

“My 11 years I played for this franchise I just tried to give everything I could. Both on the court and off the court. Represent this city. Represent this community with the upmost respect. Be a role model off the floor. Be a leader on the floor. To come back and get the reception I got tonight, it means a lot to not only myself, but to my family and my friends that were here tonight and my family that was back home in LA as well,” LeBron said.
