Report: Rob Gronkowski’s Status Vs. Jets Determined

Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski has officially confirmed his return to the field for Sunday’s game with the New York Jets. His status is officially confirmed, and Gronk is ready get back to action when his team will face the Jets at MetLife Stadium.

Gronk was dealing with ankle and back issues for most of his season, and he confirmed his status while talking to reporters. Yes, he is “good to go.”

“Yeah, definitely ready to get back there. I’m good to go and excited to be back out there with the team, excited to get back out there on Sundays and play some ball,” the tight end said.

Gronkowski decided to skip the against the Tennessee Titans to get an extra week off. “Just working hard, working with all the people around me. I had a lot of good people to work hard with, do exercises, get everything back right and just keep on grinding every day so I can get back out there with my teammates, and that’s what it will be on Sunday,” he said when asked what helped him get back to the field.

The tight end already had three surgeries, and his back injury was a rather concerning problem for the team. However, Gronk feels fine.

“I feel good. I’m ready to go. Sunday afternoon in New York, it’s going to be a hostile environment. It always is. They’re a good team. They play hard. I mean, I can’t recall a game where I would say they haven’t played hard in my nine years playing them. So it’ll be a good one. It’ll be a tough one, but it’ll be a good one again,” he said.

Holpefully, Gronk will turn his quiet season in a raging battle. He better work on those numbers, because that’s what fans hope for.
