LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers, and it is the game everyone was waiting for since the very first moment the Cavs got their schedule done.

LeBron left Cleveland this summer and inked a four-year deal with the Lakers. He helped the Cavs win a championship and get to the NBA Finals in four occasions. So, there was no room for anger or negative emotions. This game has nothing to do with winning or losing. It was more about LeBron’s return to Cleveland. If you ask me, pretty much everyone watched the game just to see the king challenge his former players, including Tristan Thompson.

The game was full of emotions, and that tribute was more than touching. However, something else got everyone’s attention. Fans got the opportunity to watch real basketball, and the Cavaliers had an excellent game. They led much of the night and had an excellent nine-point lead in the final quarter. The Lakers found a way to earn their comeback win.

This was one of the most emotional games of the season, and it was also exciting. Reporters asked LeBron about the game, and everything he experienced on the court. This was more than a regular season game. It was loaded with emotions and excitement. We witnessed some of the best reactions last night.

LeBron and Tristan Thompson had an emotional embrace after the defeat. Thompson stayed in the team when everyone else left. Kevin Love is injured, and Kyrie Irving signed with the Boston Celtics. J.R. Smith will be traded. But, Thompson was here to play against LeBron, and it was a game to remember. Klutch Sports is still their home, and LeBron and Thompson have a special bond.
