Watch: Patriots Wide Receiver Edelman Opens Newbury Street Pop-Up Shop

Patriots receiver Julian Edelman came to his new pop-up shop at 324 Newbury Street in Boston this weekend, and used the opportunity to sign merchandise and meet fans. The JE11 shop sells books, merchandise, the Relentless line, and pretty much everything related to him.

Edelman went on The TJ Show on 103.3 AMP Radio to talk about the shop and all the fans that stopped by. If you ask the Patriots receiver, he will say that he likes popping up in the shop because he can “meet the people who literally support you every week.” He is right about that wan. There are so many fans who would love to meet Edelman, and this shop is the right place to go if you are a Patriots fan.

This is the third year of the pop-up, and it will run until Sunday.

The Patriots receiver called into the TJ Show to talk about the pop-up shop, his fellow quarterback Tom Brady and much more.

Edelman even named his favorite Boston restaurants, and said how he flies under the radar when he is at dinner. “I am a 5’10” white dude so I can throw a cap on and blend in a little bit, you know what I mean?” he said.

JE11 also talked about his relationship with the GOAT, and even made a tiny joke on Brady’s age. Edelman said that Brady works as an older brother for him and even accompanied him when he was buying a property in Back Bay.

Edelman dished to TJ and Loren on the beauties related to the days spent with Tom and their buddies. “He’s just a regular guy. I keep my place pretty clean always, so… I’ll have guys come over, watch the fight or the game or whatever’s on…he comes over just like all the other fellas,” Edelman said.
