Watch: Stephen A. Smith Crushes Max Kellerman For Rehashing Tom Brady ‘Cliff’ Take

The New England Patriots lost the Week 10 contest to the Tennessee Titans, and this was a perfect opportunity for Max Kellerman.

Kellerman has long talked about the end of the Tom Brady era, and Patriots fans got pretty angry at him. The “First-Take” host had the courage to “predict” the downfall of the Patriots quarterback. Well, he did that many years ago, and we still have Brady rocking the field.

The Patriots lost their last game to the Titans, and the wound is still fresh. So, Kellerman said how he was “very worried” about the quarterback, and Stephen A. Smith decided to stop the nonsense, and slammed his co-host. According to Smith, Kellerman made the wrong move at the wrong time. Everything was wrong about his move.

“This is Tom Brady, so what we do with Tom Brady is we recognize that as the season wanes, the New England Patriots tend to get a bit stronger. The second half of the season, in particular. The fact that we’re talking about Tom Brady in this fashion is disrespectful. I think Max is doing it on purpose and you should be ashamed of yourself. You really should,” Smith said.

It is true that Brady does not have his best season, but the Patriots are 7-3, and that says pretty much everything you need to know about the current situation in the league. The Patriots offense was unstoppable prior to the contest against the Titans. They are having their bye, and tight end Rob Gronkowski will probably return in Week 12, so Kellerman better stop making such ignorant comments.

He cannot just overreact to a single bad game. Brady has made a name for himself, and no host will ever take that from him. Smith was right to blast his co-host, and maybe Kellerman will learn his lesson now.
