Patriots Release Practice Report Ahead Of Week 14 Game

The New England Patriots are feeling more than awesome ahead of the Week 14 game against the Miami Dolphins.

The team had their session on Wednesday, and this is their first practice of the week. Tight end Dwayne Allen was the only player to miss Friday’s session and he was also listed on the team’s injury report. Left tackle Trent Brown and tight end Rob Gronkowski left the team’s Week 13 over New England’s win over the Vikings due to injuries.

The Patriots are now getting ready to confront the Miami Dolphins. The team was lucky when it comes to injuries. Half of the team added on the injured reserve lists are rookies. Seven players ended on the reserve lists before the regular season started.

Rookie linebacker Ja’Whaun Bentley, running back Jeremy Hill, wide receiver Riley McCarron, cornerback Eric Rowe and offensive lineman Brian Schwenke were placed on injured reserve in the regular season.

Hill is the team’s biggest loss for now because the Patriots have depth issues at running back at the beginning of the season.

“It’s been a challenging environment. I think the climate plays some role and they always seem to play well when they play us down there. We are not going to get beat by the weather. We’re going to get beat by the Dolphins. That is what we realize. We’re going up against a good opponent that plays us very well at home. We play them very well at home. It is just one of those series where it is kind of like that,” quarterback Tom Brady said.

“We have to have a great week of preparation and go down there and try and play a great game against a team that has really hung in there — 6-6. They’ve battled. They have had some injuries. We’re 9-3, but if we win it is a lot of upside for us.”
