LeBron James Passing Lakers Legends After Just 25 Games

LeBron James is making history. He has played in 25 games wearing the Los Angeles Lakers uniform, and he has already joined the family of Lakers legends.

It was more than clear that LeBron will pass even the greatest Lakers legends right after arriving in Los Angeles. Well, some are really unhappy with success, but that’s just another topic. Is that what you call ‘jealousy’ or not?

Lakers statistics shows that LeBron is better than some of the legends out there. The good news is that no player has scored that many points in the first 25 games with the team.

Here is some more of the good news. LeBron is a better scorer than Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Shaquille O’Neal in the first 25 games with the franchise.

King James averages 28.7 points per game this season. Guess what… This is not even his best performance in that group. LeBron averaged 31.4 points during his third season in the NBA.

Although this seems impressive, LeBron’s awesome offensive numbers in his 25 games mean little. The Los Angeles Lakers did not land him to show that he is better than their legends. LeBron came to town to win championship.

The Lakers are a lot better since his arrival. They had a few bad seasons after Kobe Bryant’s retirement, and it was more than clear that they need a big name on the field. The team went 35-47 last year. LeBron James and his teammates are off to a 15-10 start this season which is absolutely great.

Let’s see if the team manages to overcome some of the difficulties they have. They have an injured player, but everything seems to be under control at the moment. Is Magic Johnson happy with the current statistics? He sure is. Is Luke Walton safe? He sure is.
