Kevin Durant Drops Huge Hint Over His Future Amid LeBron James Lakers Trade Rumors

Kevin Durant has been making headlines lately, and this time he dropped a major hint over his game with the Golden State Warriors. Latest reports link him with the Los Angeles Lakers since the Warrior may become a free agent in the offseason.

Durant has a player option on his contract with the Golden State Warriors, and this gives him an opportunity to extend his contract for a year. If he goes for such step, he will get $31 million for the year. However, NBA experts and fans believe that Durant is probably hit another team.

The Warrior does not say much about his decision, and refused to let people draw him into free agency rumors. But, the player dropped a huge hint on his future with the Warriors, and fans can take a deep breath now.

“I know for a fact that we’ll all get our jerseys retired,” Durant said after his teammates were named ‘athletes of the year.’

“We’ll probably all get statues here in front of the Chase Center. We’ll be Bay Area legends forever. People will recognize this team and this run forever in this area. Steve Kerr is gonna be immortalized and he’s gonna be a legend forever — Bob Myers as well, and Joe Lacob.

“That’s what I think about. And I think that’s going to happen. I think about 50 years from now, when they have our whole team on the Chase Center floor — or whatever the arena is at that point — and all the fans are gonna be cheering for us and reminiscing on those days; all of them — good and bad days — even what me and Draymond went through,” Durant added.

The Warriors have great chances of being champions this year, and Durant is ready for the big challenge.
