Kevin Durant Fires Another Sly Dig At LeBron James

Everyone is still talking about the rivalry between LeBron James and Kevin Durant. However the king is not really interested in getting into a thing with him. LeBron appreciates other players, and he did not even want to comment on Durant’s jealousy. Moreover, he asked reporters to bring the whole thing without taking it out of contest.

Last week, Durant slammed LeBron for all the attention he gets from media members, and not many people approved his attitude. Durant also said that no other star would like to play alongside King James, because nobody wants to play in a shadow. Durant triggered another outrage when asked to give his top three all-time players.

Kyrie Irving was a surprising inclusion, and of course, LeBron’s name was nowhere seen.

“Kobe, MJ, and Kyrie. Just the way they move, I don’t understand why people don’t realise what they’re seeing in these three, especially Jordan and Kobe. Kyrie is younger than me, and that’s one of my best friends, so I watch his stuff. I get to play with Steph every day, so I know his game inside and out,” Durant said.

“But watching Kobe and Mike, I’m like, ‘How do you not realize how good these dudes are?’ How do you not say they’re by far better than anybody who’s played the game? Just by the way they move, how fluid they are.”

“So much hype comes from being around LeBron from other people,” Durant said of LeBron.

“He has so many fanboys in the media. Even the beat writers just fawn over him. If you’re a younger player like a Kawhi, trying to pair him with LeBron James doesn’t really make sense. Kawhi enjoys having the ball in his hands, controlling the offence, dictating the tempo with his post-ups; it’s how he plays the game. A lot of young players are developing that skill. They don’t need another guy.”
