Rob Gronkowski Releases Amazing Statement About Josh Gordon

The addition of Josh Gordon was probably the best decision New England has ever made. Gordon was considered a troubled player, but the Patriots did not mind signing him.

Just a week later, tight end Rob Gronkowski said his team made the right call. It is three months now, and Gronk said he needed just a few days to become aware of the power Josh Gordon has. He knew that his new teammate would be a nice fit for the team.

“I would say within the first week when he got out there playing in games. Just the way he’s been working, week in, week out. You can see it in the practice field and then you see it in the game. Just a great guy to have out there and a phenomenal athlete,” the tight end said.

Gordon played about 11 games since the 2014 season, but the Patriots knew he was the right guy to be added to the active roster. He was an excellent addition to the team’s offense. Gordon made his debut in Week 4, and he leads the Patriots with 701  receiving yards on 39 receptions while hauling in three touchdown passes and has better yards-per-catch average than other NFL pass-catchers.

In the game against the Miami Dolphins, Gordon had five receptions for 12,16, 18, 21 and 29 yards and half of the total receiving yards came after the catch.

“He’s brought a lot: the way he just plays, the way he catches the ball, gets that burst, gets us first downs when we need it. Just another player on our team that’s reliable when we need him, so it’s great to have him,” Gronkowski said.

Head coach Bill Belichick is also happy with the addition of Josh Gordon as he contributes to the game in the best way possible. Cleveland made a big mistake.
