Roethlisberger Reveals Major Details About Postgame Message He Send To Brady

Ben Roethlisberger managed to defeat the New England Patriots. The Patriots dominated his team in the past 15 years. The Pittsburgh Steelers lost the last five contests against the New England Patriots. But, everything changed on Sunday.

Roethlisberger talked about the 17-10 loss, and the message he delivered to Brady.

“I think I just told him that it doesn’t matter how many times I watch him, it’s amazing and it’s an honor to go against him.”

“It’snot about me beating the Patriots and beating Tom Brady. It’s about the Pittsburgh Steelers winning a big football game. That’s the only thing that matters to me,” he added.

The Steelers won a really big game, and defeating the Patriots sure means a thing.

“I don’t wanna say we were at a crossroads, but it was sink or swim. Are we going to step up and play? Are we going to come together as a team? Are we gonna divide? What’s going to happen?Who knows. This was gonna be a great challenge for us at home against a team that is always one of the best. I thought guys answered the bell today.”

Jaylen Samuels rushed for 142 yards on 19 carries, and James Washington led Pittsburgh with 65 receiving yards.

“Jaylen, he works hard. He doesn’t say much but he just goes about his business. He stepped up. He did awesome. How about James, kinda answering the challenge. He made a big play for us today. Today, he made some big plays for us. I hope his confidence continues to grow. That’s what I meant when I said that a few weeks ago. He just needs to have confidence in himself. I wouldn’t throw him the ball if I didn’t believe in him. Looks like his confidence is coming back, which is important,” the quarterback said.
