Patriots Share Hype Video Ahead Of Game Vs. Bills

The New England Patriots are playing the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, and the team posted a hype video to get ready for the big challenge. They lost the last two games, and now they lost Josh Gordon, too.

The Patriots posted a hype video prior before Sunday’s game, and it is a throw-back to the 2003 game in which the Patriots slammed the Bills in a  31-0 win. It was one of their best games, and experts still remember it.

In 2003, the Patriots secured their top seed in the AFC run, and had a magical win. Patriots quarterback Tom Brady had four scoring passes in the first half of the game and the defense did a really good job.

That’s exactly the same score the Bills had in the season opener. In both matches, the winning team stopper the opponents’ final play from the 1-yard line to preserve the shuthout.

“We proved we were a different team than that first day,” Brady said at the time.

The Patriots assured themselves of home-field advantage in the AFC playoffs.

“As exciting as it is, you’ve got to stay calm. The same things that win in the playoffs won in the regular season,” Tedi Bruschi said.

For the third straight season there was no playoff berth for the Bills. “That’s not my decision. We’ve all got to get better,” Gregg Williams said at the time.

“After the way the season started, I couldn’t imagine being in
this situation,” Drew Bledsoe said of the team’s situation.

But, the Patriots were more than motivated. “If you’re a fighter, you’re going to come back. Regardless of if you come out and say it, you want revenge,” safety Rodney Harrison said.
