Kevin Durant Destroyed Over Jealousy Of LeBron James

Kevin Durant faced serious backlash after slamming LeBron James, and NBA pundit Colin Cowherd was the last to do it. 

Cowherd blasted Durant over his jealousy of King James. Durant targeted LeBron in two occasions last week. He went on saying that no other star would sign with the Los Angeles Lakers because of the “toxic” environment in the team. According to him, no other player would accept to play in the shade of LeBron.

When asked about his top three players, Durant did not even mention LeBron. He added Kyrie Irving instead.

Cowherd used this to say that Durant was actually jealous of LeBron.

“We know Kevin Durant why you are doing this. You thought, as the number two player in the world, when you went to Golden State and started winning titles that would elevate you over LeBron. But it hasn’t. LeBron still is the lead story on my show and any debate show in America.”

“LeBron is still the king and you are just very talented. That’s your identity. You’re not even the most important player in your own team. When Steph is gone, the Warriors are average. When you’re gone, the Warriors are still great.”

Cowherd went on saying that Durant can never be as good as LeBron.

“He is a very sensitive guy and he is bothered that he is still always has to watch these shows and everybody talks about LeBron more. LeBron is always going to be a bigger deal than Kevin Durant. Kevin is chasing ghosts. It drives Durant nuts. He will never be as relevant as LeBron.”

Durant made a big mistake at the very same moment he decided to attack LeBron James. He does not have to like him, but disrespecting him would actually give him a whole bunch of enemies to deal with. How does Durant like this? Let’s wait for another comment on LeBron.
