LeBron James Has Epic Response To Kobe Bryant’s Remarks About Him Doing ‘Too Much’ For Lakers

Kobe Bryant follows every step the Los Angeles Lakers made, and came forward with comments on LeBron James and his role on the team.

According to Bryant, having LeBron lead the team will not really help the Lakers at a championship in the long run. However, it will sure keep them afloat as they try to figure things out.

“It’s a test of Bron’s patience and also doing what he needs to do to keep the team’s head above water. So, it’s a balancing act. They were struggling, Bron got the ball, took control, decided to start playing point, doing everything, doing everything. That’s not the recipe for winning championships by no means, but it is a recipe to keep your head above water, to give yourself a little breathing room and now it’s going back to teaching how to play the way that we want to play,” Bryant said.

Mike Trudell reported that LeBron sort of understands Bryant’s logic to make such comments. He is well aware of the fact that the Lakers are developing young talents.

“I mean, Magic and Kobe know who I am. I know who I am. They know what they’re going to get outta me. You know what you’re going to get out of me, every game. Am I going to play well every game, am I going to shoot the ball well? No, but you know who I am, and when it’s really, really, really money time, you know who’s going to be there,” LeBron said.

In the first 23 games, LeBron averages 27.8 points, 7.7 rebounds and 6.7 assists in a career-low 34.7 minutes per contest.

“You guys asked me the other day like, ‘Do you feel better after playing 30 minutes compared (to) if you played 40 minutes.’ No. I work myself all year round to get in tip top shape all year round. I don’t stop. I can do whatever. I mean, I played a Game 7 in the Finals and I damn near played every minute of it. Last year I played every single game. You can kinda slice it how you want it.”
