NFL Makes Their Final Decision On Patriots Vs. Steelers Week 15 Game

In 2017, everyone was so focused on the rivalry between the New England Patriots and Pittsburgh Steelers. It was literally the game of the year.

The Patriots claimed a 27-24 win, and it was followed with a bunch of controversies. The teams will meet in the same week and timeslot. There was rumors suggesting that the game will be moved to Sunday Night Football, but the NFL announced a single scheduling change, and it is related with the game between the Jacksonville Jaguars and Washington Redskins. The game will be moved from Fox to CBS. The game between the Steelers and Patriots is untouched yet.

Networks can protect some games from being flexed. That’s exactly what CBS did with the game between the Steelers and Patriots. The NFL could not stop them from doing that, and maybe they just did not want to do a thing. There is a great game played that week. The Los Angeles Chargers are meeting the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium. The game is on Thursday, and the NFL can flex contests in the Sunday afternoon slot.

This season the Chiefs are at the No. 1 seed at the moment. The Steelers are right behind the Pats and Houston Texans. Even if Pittsburgh defeats New England, the Steelers will need another loss from the Patriots to leap ahead of the team. in other words, this game is not as important as it was last year.

If the Steelers do not win the game over New England in December, they will definitely be unable to do that in January. Road games are always a hard catch.

But, the Patriots never take things for granted, and they will go full force in Week 15. That’s the only style they know, and that’s exactly what helped them come this far.
