Patriots Have A Message For The Philadelphia Eagles After Moving To No. 2 Seed

The New England Patriots were in a serious trouble last week after they lost a couple of games, including the one against the Miami Dolphins. But, miracles do happen, and everything can change within a week. Everyone thought that the team would go down in the AFC Playoff picture. We are in Week 16, and the Patriots defeated the Buffalo Bills. Nick Foles and the Eagles helped them, too.

The Philadelphia Eagles were able to defeat the Houston Texans in Philadelphia. The Patriots have now moved into a tie with the Texans as they are at 10-5 at this point of the regular season.

New England defeated the Houston Texans in Week 1, and they are now holding the tiebreaker which puts them at No. 2 seed in the AFC. The New York Jets are the next on their list for Week 17. If they defeat the Jets, the Patriots will definitely have a first-round bye and then host the AFC Divisional Round game.

Foles was brilliant for the Philadelphia Eagles in the game against the Houston Texans. He finished the game with 35 of his 49 passes for 471 yards and four touchdowns. The Eagles were down one, and Foles managed to drive the team down the field with a couple of minutes to go with 72-yards, which brought the game-winner by Elliott.

The Patriots defeated the Buffalo Bills by that time, and they watched Elliott and his field goal. Patriots receiver Julian Edelman talked to reporters after the match, and said, ”Fly Eagles Fly.”

The Patriots official team Twitter account thanked Foles for the help. It was awkward as he was the one to destroy their team in Minnesota.

New England dominated the game against the Bills. They rushed for 273 yards and a couple of touchdowns. Sony Michel was the star of the game. he rushed for 116 yards and a score on those 6.4 yards per carry.
