Tom Brady Puts the NFL On Notice With Bold Statement About Patriots Defense

The New England Patriots are on a good way to break another record and celebrate another win. Their last win over the Minnesota Vikings brought them to a 9-3 record, thanks to the Patriots defense. The Vikings were limited to 296 yards of total offense.

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was well aware of the defensive accomplishments from the sidelines, and warned the rest of the teams saying they should never mess with the Patriots defense. He has every right to issue such warning.

“Our defense, the way they played Sunday, it’s going to be tough for anyone to come to Foxboro and win when the defense is playing as well as they played yesterday. They really locked in. I could see it all week. They had a lot of different confusing looks for the offense and they played their butts off. It was just a great performance by them. Hopefully we can keep it going,” the quarterback said during his appearance on ‘Mut and Callahan’ on Monday.

Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins was limited to 201 yards passing on 42 attempts. Adam Thielen had 10 targets, but managed to catch five for 28 yards.

The Patriots are known for giving up a lot of yardage per contest, they never surrender points that easily. They allowed an average of 21.6 points in the season.

At this time of the season, the New England Patriots play their best football. Their defensive unit is at its best, and we really understand Brady for issuing such a warning. The teams better get ready for the guys and their plan.

Head coach Bill Belichick does not talk too much about his players, but he is more than pleased to see this record on the NFL lists. The Patriots are a Super Bowl team, and this record does not come as a surprise for NFL fans.
