Watch: Tom Brady Passes 1,000 Career Rushing Yards

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is all about breaking records. This player has every NFL record he could ever imagine. Brady is the only starting quarterback in the NFL history to enjoy five Super Bowl championships. But, the GOAT admitted that there is still one milestone he is trying to reach.

Brady entered Sunday’s game against the Minnesota Vikings almost ready to reach 1,000 career yards on the ground. It is more than a surprise to see that he was this close. Brady is not a mobile quarterback. But, he has been starter for two decades, and that sure means a lot. Well, Brady can officially consider himself a 1,000-yard rusher thanks to his play.

This stat is not impressive. Michael Vick ran for 1,039 yards at quarterback position in one season. When it comes to quarterback plays, running for 1,000 in a career is not something you brag about. But, most of the criticism Brady attracted when he was a prospect in the 2000 NFL Draft was focused around his mobility ant athleticism. Many teams considered him unable to be a quarterback in the league.

Brady has just proven them wrong, and passed 1,000 yards. This is a clear message for anyone questioning him. Yes, Brady can do whatever comes to his mind. He is all about reaching milestones and winning, remember? He has helped the team come this far, and he is not going anywhere in near future. He planned to play until 45, and we really hope that he will stay on the field for that long.

Patriots head coach Bill Belichick supports his favorite quarterback despite all the rumors related to the alleged tension between them. Belichick knows that Brady can do whatever he asks them to do, and they have been on the same team for many years.
