Klay Thompson Tells Hilarious LeBron James Story Amid Lakers Trade Rumors

Klay Thompson shared this amazing story about LeBron James and the pressure he applies on the game amid the trade rumors related to his possible departure to Los Angeles.

Thompson won three NBA titles, and is ready to boost that number. The Golden State Warriors may leave the Warriors this summer as he will become free agent. NBA fans are already talking about the possibility that Thompson leaves the Golden State in order to lead his own team.

One of the rumors suggests that Thompson may head to Los Angeles and play alongside LeBron James. But, he does not talk much about his plans. Thompson played against LeBron for four years in the NBA Finals. The Golden State Warriors came out on top in three of those battles. There is one particular “meeting” he will never forget, and that just unveils his praise for the king.

In one of the games, Thompson was under pressure when LeBron went after him. “I remember one time in the finals, I was chasing up the field and Andre Iguodala was behind me,” he said.

“LeBron was chasing me and [Iguodala was] saying ‘you’d better dunk it, you’d better dunk it’. I went up to flush it and almost killed myself. I was so nervous. [I thought] LeBron was just going to come by and (block). Andre was saying I’d better dunk it, because LeBron was coming full speed. The landing wasn’t pretty. I flushed that thing because I didn’t want to see the ball end up at half-court.”

We believe the story does not end here. Is there any chance that we see LeBron James and Klay Thompson on the same team? The Lakers are building a strong team, and Thompson is definitely a nice addition. The team could not get Trevor Ariza, so they are after another star.
