Trent Brown Destroys ‘Bullcrap’ Said About Patriots

The New England Patriots are the ultimate winners in their division. Eagles lineman Lane Johnson talked about the “miserable” nature in New England while saying it is not fun to play for the Patriots. Well, Trent Brown does not really agree with that.

The first-year Patriots offensive lineman decided to shut down the speculation. If you ask Trent Brown, he will defend the Pats.

“Of course I knew you got a chance to win here,” Brown said on Wednesday. “But another thing that popped into my mind was all the bullcrap that people say about this place. I’ve always been a man that forms my own opinions, and when I got here, I quickly found out that it’s nothing like anybody says. It is fun here. I think the guys in the locker room enjoy each other. Everybody in the facility enjoys each other, and we go out there and play for each other every time we touch the field. There’s no selfishness in the locker room. There’s no egos. It’s just one.”

Brown was brilliant this season. The offensive line was great as they kept quarterback Tom Brady upright. Brady was not sacked once this postseason. The running game was awesome, too.

Trent Brown is all about winning

“I’m always kind of juiced when the ball is coming behind me, but especially on the goal line, because it ain’t a lot of running anybody can do down there,” Brown said. “It’s man-on-man football. That’s about as football as it gets, and it’s just fun.”

When it comes to working with Dante Scarneccia, Brown said, “He’s hard on us, he coaches us hard. He loves us as well and I think everybody respects him. He’s been doing this for a long time and I love him, for sure.”

We believe there are too many Patriots fans that would stand behind Brown in this situation.
