Steve Kerr Drops Boston Celtics, LeBron James Claims After Record Warriors Win

Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr made a shocking statement about the Boston Celtics and LeBron James.

According to Steve Kerr, the Boston Celtics are one of the greatest teams in the league. His team defeated the Celtics 115-111 on Saturday night, and extended the win streak to ten games. The Warriors also extended their lead at the top of the Western Conference.

This was Kerr’s 300th win as a coach in his 377th game. The head coach has put his hands on this landmark quicker than any other coach in the NBA, NFL and MLB.

The Warriors had to try really hard to win the game as the Celtics took it down to the final minute of the game. Both teams had a lead throughout the game, and Kyrie Irving scored 32 points. Some said this game was a dress rehearsal for the NBA Finals series, and Kerr did not rule that out. He talked about the game while explaining that the Celtics are still a huge team.

“They’re not far at all. They’re one of the best teams in the league. They’re great defensively, and they’ve got dynamic offensive players. Already they’re one of the best.”

The head coach also said it will be easier for squads in the East to make the NBA Finals now that King James joined the Lakers.

“It’ll be interesting to see this year who comes out of the East, with LeBron out of the East. We’ve got some work to do before we get out of the West this year, there’s a lot of great teams. The league is better this year than it’s been in a long time. Boston is clearly a great two-way team and that’s what it takes in the playoffs.”

Well, let’s see if the Celtics will keep playing at this pace.
