Kyle Kuzma Makes Stunning Trade Admission As Lakers-Pelicans Close To Deal

Kyle Kuzma was part of almost every trade rumor, and he made a huge admission about it.

According to the young player, it is a “good thing” for his name to be mentioned in these rumors. This comes right after experts said the Lakers will use Kyle Kuzma to get Pelicans star Anthony Davis.

The Pelicans player handed in a trade request on Monday. He is looking forward to see the deal sealed before the trade deadline. Davis was loud and clear about his intention to sign a contract extension only if he joins LeBron James in Los Angeles. Lakers director of basketball operations Magic Johnson will have to create a monster trade package to land Davis. Kuzma is expected to be part of the package, but he does not mind it at all.

It’s always a good thing when you are in trade rumors,” Kuzma said. “That’s what everybody always says. It means you have value. That means you are potentially going to be in this league a long time. People want you. For us, it’s all about controlling what you can control because at the end of the day it’s a business and you can’t control your destiny in this league. But you can control your work ethic and how great you want to be. You can be great anywhere.”

Josh Hart, on the other hand, does not say much about his potential trading.

“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” Hart said. “I don’t pay attention to the media stuff. I just control what I can control and that’s going out there every day and being a professional.”

Let’s see if Anthony Davis will find a way to play in Los Angeles. Is there any chance that he signs with a different team? Well, that would be awkward after all of the rumors out there.
