Kyle Van Noy Calls Out ESPN’s Host Max Kellerman

ESPN’s Max Kellerman is one of the biggest Patriots detractor on the national stage. The host uses every opportunity to say that Tom Brady’s clock is ticking. Well, Kyle Van Noy is not buying any of that.

Van Noy is not the only player to take aim at the host. The linebacker went on 98.5 The Sports Hub’s Zoklak and Bertrand program and called out Kellerman.

“Well maybe, because everybody says we need to stick to football, he needs to stick to his boxing or whatever he does, his commentating,” Van Noy said.

Here is some more of the Van Noy lesson

“It is what it is,” he added. “We enjoy being the underdog. We hear people (say), ‘Guys are old. The linebackers are slow.’ But at the end of the day, we believe the guys in our room that we have. We just want to play as one unit — offense, defense and special teams. We know what we’re capable of and we just want to play as a team.”

Brady was the first to start the whole thing with haters. Every Patriot is well aware of the comments haters make.

“I think for us, we were going to prepare and be ready to go, whether you pick us or you don’t pick us. But, we see it,” Devin McCourty said Sunday. “We see our quarterback’s too old, we’re not good enough on defense, the skill players aren’t good. We see it, but it doesn’t affect how we prepare. We love practicing and we love playing with each other, preparing. We’re going to take advantage of that and come out ready to go no matter what. So, like I said earlier, we have a team of great character, a lot of guys in there with really good character that are going to keep fighting and have already been counted out multiple times, so that never affects us.”
