LeBron James Getting Restless As Pressure Builds On Luke Walton

The Los Angeles Lakers are playing without LeBron James, and head coach Luke Walton is having trouble dealing with the current situation. It looks like things are slipping out of his hands, and LeBron James is not having any of that.

That’s what Fox Sports’ Colin Cowherd said. He went on explaining that there is a decision about head coach Walton and his job on the team.

The shocking loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers was enough for fans to express their disappointment. The Lakers are now ninth in the Western Conference, and are definitely outside the playoff spots.

LeBron James will not return until next week, and he is probably going to miss the games against the Oklahoma City Thunder, Houston Rockets and Golden State Warriors.

Fans are angry at Walton

Lakers fans took to social media to express their anger and true motions, and let’s be honest, Walton was mentioned in each and every tweet.  Cowherd said that Walton needs an instant turnaround before it is too late. His position is under a threat right now.

“They are people in the league now saying Luke’s in some trouble. It’s January; LeBron’s restless; they’re awful without him; five years into a re-build. Decisions in life are made before they’re signed off on. I think it’s go time for Luke Walton. They have shown no pulse offensively, losing at home to horrible teams. Not saying I’d do it, I’m just telling you what I’m hearing. There’s a little heat on him.”

The Lakers are playing the Miami Heat next.

LeBron will not be re-evaluated until after that contest, and some still hope that he will suit up for the game against the Thunder. But, let’s not forget that the team stated that they have no intention of rushing the king and risk his health and fitness.
